What we collect. When you submit the application form on this site, we receive the details you enter: your name, email, phone (if provided), city/timezone, and the answers you give about your goals, schedule, training history, and obstacles.

How we use it. Your application is used only to review your fit for AgileFitness coaching and to reply to you. That is the entire purpose — nothing else.

What we never do. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. No spam lists, no data brokers.

Form processing. Form submissions are processed by Netlify (our website host) and delivered to AgileFitness. Netlify's own privacy practices apply to the transmission and storage of form data on their platform.

Health information. Anything you share about your health, injuries, or limitations is treated as confidential coaching information and is used only to design a safe, appropriate program for you. This website and its coaching are educational and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Your choices. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by contacting AgileFitness through the application form or our Facebook Page (@Agilefitness360).
